Students will be exhibiting their own small works! Light snacks and refreshments will be served. Art Verve instructors will be present to answer any questions about our classes and programs.
Art Verve Student Show & Propsectus
Artwork created by participants will be displayed at our Campbell studio location for one day, with an artist's reception for family members, and will be open to the public. This exhibition is in-person only.
Please read carefully to make sure you meet the following entry requirements. By entering the show, you agree that you have read and will abide by all rules outlined in this Prospectus.
Note the following important dates and times.
| May 2, 2026 | 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM | Deliver Artwork to the Campbell studio location and hang. |
| May 2, 2026 | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Show Opens & Artist's Reception |
| May 2, 2026 | 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Show Closes, all work must be taken down |
- Must have attended a class at the Art Verve Academy within the 2026 Spring Semester (Jan-May).
- Work selected will be determined by the limited space and wall arrangement.
- Must be enrolled in the 2026 May Creative Pathways class or pay the $40 drop in fee on May 2; no other entry fee required.
- Must provide one to three 11x14 or smaller works in-person on May 2.
- Must participate in the arrangement of the wall hanging on May 2 from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
- Work must not be changed once displayed.
- Must be on site, or have arrangements made, to remove your Artwork on May 2, after the show at 8:00 PM.
- Work selected will be determined by the limited space and wall arrangement.
- Work completed in a class or under an instructor's supervision is eligible for entry. Any work derived from an instructor-provided reference is eligible, including an instructor-provided photo or a still-life setup.
- Work must be ready to hang in a frame or on paper for the magnet wall.
- Work must be original, created by you, not from any other person or artist.
- Work must not be changed once displayed.
- Final approval of artwork is at the discretion of AVA instructors
- Sales are the responsibility of the artist. Any transaction for the sale of Artwork must be conducted directly between the artist and the seller.
- No commission is required by the gallery.
- All entries are made at the risk of the entrant. Care and caution will be exercised in handling all work. Neither the Art Verve Academy nor its instructors shall be held liable for any loss or damage to any entry while it is in possession of the gallery or its agents.
- No portion of the artwork or source material may be created or referenced using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- For any reference material used from outside the classroom, explicit permission of the photographer must be provided.
- Art Verve Academy reserves the right to exclude any Artwork from the show that is deemed offensive or violates the laws of the United States, or of state or local governments.
- Artist retains the copyright to image(s) of their Artwork.
- Artist grants permission to the Art Verve Academy to reproduce images of the Artwork for marketing and publicity purposes before, during, and after the exhibition, and for future event promotions.
